Since 2010 Stephanie has been behind the chair fulfilling her childhood dream. Stephanie grew up with a love for the salon industry and remembers her experiences at salons from a young age. Her curiosity has grown over the years leading her to a career full of excitement and purpose. Her favorite services to perform are hair painting, balayage and color melting and is also a master at men’s cutting. She has worked with many different professional lines, Wella and Joico being her favorite, and is certified in Aqua and Keratin extensions. When Stephanie isn’t killing it behind her chair, she is loving on her cute teacup Yorkie pup, Daisy. She loves her guests and loves empowering them to find their very own individualistic hair goal.

Stylist
Biagina has been styling hair professionally since 2007, but spent her entire life drawing inspiration from this industry, following the example of several strong and independent women in her family who are also hair stylists. From a young age, Biagina witnessed the amazing power her family members had to make a difference in people’s lives, bringing joy and love to others through their work. Her passion has grown through her life and she uses her experience to create radiance and confidence for all her guests. Her specialties in education include Paul Mitchell, Wella, Beth Minardi, Eudora, Davines, Keratin Complex Cezanne and Aqua hair extensions. Whether cutting or coloring (especially her favorite balayaging), this is truly what gives her joy.

Since 2016 Stephanie has been building her career as a successful hairstylist with a focus and passion for balayage. She loves creating dimensional looks with an artistic freehand technique all her own. Simply put, Stephanie loves making people feel beautiful. She grew up watching family members and close loved ones do the same thing for others and knew this was the career path for her. She truly loves her guests and prides herself on the trust they have in her to make them feel their best. Stephanie is proficient in Wella and Davines color and looks forward to growing her skill set further with the Eleese Hair Studio team.

Lea
Junior Stylist
Lea is ecstatic to share with you her story and be a part of the Eleese Hair Studio family! Throughout her life she often found herself searching for the perfect hair routine to tame her frizzy curly hair that she says will "defy gravity" if left alone, After graduating from Montclair State University with a degree in Theater Studies, she felt a pull to do something more with her life. Wondering if her bubbly positive energy and yearning to learn more about hair care could lead to a possible career change, she enrolled in Empire Beauty School in Paramus. Over the 8 years in the industry she has worked at numerous salon in the New Jersey area. She fell in love with the concept of changing peoples lives by changing the way they see themselves. She is proficient in working with Wella and Pulp Riot color lines. She loves working with fantasy colors and is a strong believer in at-home maintenance to keep hair looking and feeling healthy.

Loves: Anything skin care, reading, singing (still a theater girl at heart), listening to anything Pop Punk, wearing infinity scarves and decorative headbands, and testing out baking recipes alongside her husband Trevor.

Denise has a passion in this industry strongly based around her love for education and curiosity for all things new. She encourages open communication between her and her guests by asking questions and absolutely loves using her knowledge to educate them about every aspect of their hair expectations. Some of her educational accomplishments include proficiency in numerous color lines like Wella, Redken, L’Oréal, Aveda, Davines, Euphora, and Beth Minardi. She also specializes in curly hair cutting with education from Deva, Rici and Rezo. She has taken the knowledge from these classes to cultivate her own stylistic way of achieving beautiful curls for every individual seeking the perfect curly style. Denise loves to observe the world around her, seeing different colors and undertones, unique dimensions and shapes, and uses them to achieve the ultimate hair goals of those she services.

Tami
Receptionist
Tami has been in the customer service industry for over 35 years, with eight of those working at a salon. She loves meeting new people and getting to know them more and more each time they come into Eleese Hair Studio. Tami is a huge jokester; you’ll always find her laughing, singing or dancing. She is a mom of three amazing boys named Tommy, Kodie and Ryan. Her biggest accomplishment was raising these boys to be the three strong and successful men that they are today. Tami enjoys spending her weekends with her boyfriend Tom, spending time her two dogs Georgia and Bruno, and traveling to a new brewery, winery or restaurant. She loves to describe herself as an old soul with a young spirit.

Hi my name is Delaney and I’m a senior cosmetology student at Cutting Edge Academy, and I look forward to graduating in the summer. I’ve known since middle school that I wanted to go into the field, and made it official my senior year of high school. In my spare time I like to play tennis, hangout with my friends and walk my 3 dogs, Kevin, Coco & Munson. Working at Eleese Hair Studio has broadened my horizons so much already. I am able to experience so many new exciting things everyday, and I have met so many kind people here. It’s so satisfying seeing the clients leave so happy and confident. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work in such a a happy and professional setting.
